Being a lifelong resident of Sag Harbor has many advantages aside from the obvious; being a part of a beautiful community, living a stone’s throw from the beach, and having the beauty of the East End present in every day life. For Tracy Parker Graham, it also means possessing an extensive knowledge of the market that is her foundation for success selling real estate.
After going away to school at The University of Albany to pursue a degree in English and Business, Tracy moved to San Francisco for 7 years to work in management and human resources. She then returned to Sag Harbor and applied this experience to her career in real estate. Bringing together buyer and seller for the perfect home, whether it’s a first time buyer, second home, or rental, is very rewarding for her.
Recently married and living in North Haven, Tracy now owns a home in Sag Harbor, and has investment properties with her husband Andrew in Shelter Island and East Hampton as well. Tracy is extremely community minded and enjoys volunteering for the Southampton Parks and Recreation.
Tracy is detail oriented and possesses a keen knowledge of the Hamptons inventory. Her understanding of construction, aesthetics and design enables her to find right home for each client. Listening to each client’s needs and concerns is extremely important to her. She is loyal, dedicated and truly concerned about her client’s best interests.

Julie Masson is personable, dedicated and extremely service oriented. A creative and innovative thinker, she is comfortable with people of many diverse backgrounds and brokering equally varied real estate deals - from understanding the starter home market to the beauty of the modernist masterpieces and historic Village homes for which the East End is known. Her attention to detail, strong service ethic, and familiarity with the region has allowed her to successfully fulfill the real estate needs of both the first timer and the seasoned veteran.
Julie has been a resident of Sag Harbor since 1996. Raised in coastal Massachusetts, she lived in the Boston area for most of her life. After attending Boston College, Julie moved to Albuquerque to pursue her love of art at the University of New Mexico. Though the surroundings were beautiful and inspirational she found that she missed coastal living, and moved back East to New York.
Julie then attended Parsons School of Design, where she received her MFA in Sculpture. Over a decade ago, she discovered the beauty of Eastern Long Island, initially as a summer resident, and eventually decided to stay in the area indefinitely.
Julie and her husband Julien have been homeowners in Sag Harbor since 2004. They are both admitted renovation junkies who enjoy architectural and interior design, landscaping and the challenge of site transformation. In the summer of 2007 they happily welcomed the birth of their first child, daughter Charlotte.
